About
Built from the practical work of making engineering organizations easier to operate.
Why I wrote this
The book comes from seeing good teams lose capacity to repeated coordination costs, unclear ownership, incident recurrence, manual processes, and leadership systems that reward visible motion more than durable repair.
If a process only works when one senior engineer is present, it is not a process. It is a dependency. Lighthouse is a way to name that kind of cost without turning it into blame.
Perspective
Platform architecture. Engineering leadership. Incident response. Operational durability. Regulated and SaaS environments. Senior/principal engineering work that connects strategy and implementation.
What Lighthouse is trying to do
Give leaders and engineers a shared language for the drag they already feel but struggle to name, so teams can stop navigating by memory in the fog.
